Excellent book. I am thrilled with the portrayal of the King and it seems accurate to the Bible's message. It is a good way to wet the appetites of young and old alike who have a 'post-modern' attention span for more which they can read from the book itself. I love that there are pictures on every page and there is something nice about a book... taking a break from everything else on screen these days. The amount printed here in brilliant color for $10 is really a bargain too! Thanks Paul for your work on this.
I like the short, focused chapters; colorful, unique artwork; poetic yet simple language; extra resources and explanations at the back. I'm a book more than a movie person, so I like my paper copy, but the movies are well-made with exactly the same content, and can be watched on DVD or Youtube.
This book is a condensed and accurate account of what the Bible is really all about and why Jesus had to die on the cross for our sins. After reading this you will have a clear understanding of how the Bible is ONE story, not a lot of unrelated events. Additionally it is beautifully illustrated. This book is great for family reading, gifts, and evangelistic opportunities. Every family should own one.

This book takes the reader from Genesis to Revelation showing God's love and redemption plan. It is written in such a way that holds the interest of an adult but does not leave children behind. I recommend this book to anyone who has problems seeing the God of the New Testament in the Old Testament books. The artwork is beautiful and complements the writing. This is a great book!
